We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. Delays caused by client revisions, late approvals, or unforeseen circumstances may extend timelines.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds and returns are only accepted in cases of product defects attributable to us.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients must have rights to any designs, logos, or content provided. We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringements resulting from client-submitted materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, including loss of profits, resulting from delays, errors, or product use.
